Pass Plus - Post Test Training

Pass Plus is a course specifically aimed at newly qualified drivers, designed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA), it is highly recommended that every pupil takes some form of further training after passing their driving test. Pass Plus will build upon your existing skills and knowledge, developing your ability to plan further ahead, anticipation, and confidence all types of roads. Statistics show that 1 in 5 new drivers are involved in an accident within the first year of driving.
 

Pass Plus is made up of six practical modules which include:

• Driving in town

• Driving in all weathers

• Driving on rural roads

• Driving at night

• Driving on dual carriageways

• Driving on motorways

Pass Plus is recognised by many insurance companies who will offer some discount when you complete the Pass Plus course. There is no test at the end, but you will be monitored by your instructor and set assessments throughout the course. The key benefit is to help drivers reduce their risk of having an accident.

There is a minimum requirement of 6 hours tuition. The normal price of the course is £150.00. We strongly suggest taking at least 2 hours tuition on motorways then deciding if you wish to complete the full Pass Plus course.
